    If you wish to cancel your order, please email Hamper & Hamper immediately at hello@hamperandhamper.com.au. Once payment for an order has been accepted, cancellation is at the discretion of Hamper & Hamper. 

    It is the responsibility of the customer to inform Hamper & Hamper if a gift has not been delivered. Upon notification we will investigate and ensure that the gift is delivered and received in a timely manner. 

    Refunds will not be given for late delivery that are out of our control due to delivery company and courier service. 

    In the unfortunate event that a gift has been damaged through the delivery process, we will replace the gift with a no fuss attitude. Please email Hamper & Hamper at hello@hamperandhamper.com.au immediately to organise for the replacement gift or damaged items to be re sent. Photos of damaged goods will need to be provided and the damaged product may need to be returned to Hamper & Hamper. 

    To be eligible for a return, for reasons other than damage through the delivery process, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

    Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Contact us for a return address. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food and flowers cannot be returned. Photo proof of damaged products will also be requested. 

    It will be the responsibility of the customer for paying the shipping costs for returning the damaged item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. 

    It is recommended you use a tracking number so as not to misplace valuable goods. 

    In the event that you would not like a replacement gift or damaged items re-sent, we will refund the credit card used for the value of the total transaction or the value of the damaged items once we have received the returned item.
